Google and Microsoft are US companies. Their servers, even when located in India, are subject to the US CLOUD Act — meaning the US government can compel them to hand over your data.
S3 is incorporated in India, Indian-owned, and operated entirely from Delhi NCR. Your email is on S3-owned servers in secured Indian co-location facilities, subject exclusively to Indian law. No foreign government has a legal mechanism to compel access through S3.
Each user gets 15 GB as their allocation. "Pooled" means the total across your organisation is shared — a team of 10 has a 150 GB pool. Heavy users can draw more, light users less, as long as the total stays within the pool.
You can add storage in 100 GB blocks at ₹200/month per block (₹2,400/year per block), plus 18% GST. Add-on storage is available on all tiers.
Yes. You keep your domain (e.g. yourfirm.com). We configure your DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so email routes to our servers. Your email addresses stay exactly the same — only the underlying infrastructure changes.
We handle the entire migration. It typically takes 42–48 hours and is zero-downtime — your team continues sending and receiving email throughout. We migrate historical mail, calendar, and contacts from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho.
The DNS cutover is scheduled at a low-traffic time and monitored to completion. Most teams don't notice the transition at all.
Any standard client — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or the webmail interface. On mobile: iPhone Mail, Gmail app, Outlook mobile, or any Android email app. Business and Compliance tier clients get push email and calendar sync configured automatically via autodiscover. Users don't need to enter server settings manually.
A policy layer that checks every outbound email before delivery. Examples: block emails containing Aadhaar numbers sent to external domains, flag large attachments to certain recipients, or ensure client-classified documents never leave your organisation. You define the rules — we apply them.
Yes. 2FA is supported via TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and can be enforced org-wide on Business and Compliance tiers. Mandatory enforcement is available on request for Compliance tier clients.
We export your complete mailbox data in standard MBOX format within 15 business days, importable by any provider. We help with the outgoing migration. Your data is not held hostage — it's yours. The annual contract covers the billing commitment — your data is always yours. Give us 90 days notice before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew, and we will handle the outgoing migration at no charge.
All mailbox data is backed up daily to a separate storage location within India. Business and Compliance tier clients have off-site replication available. Recovery point objective (RPO): 24 hours for Starter, 6 hours for Business/Compliance. Recovery time objective (RTO): 4 hours for Business and Compliance.
All tiers are billed annually in advance. Pricing shown is per mailbox per month — the annual invoice is 12 months at that rate. This is standard practice in India and keeps administration simple for both sides.
There is no month-to-month option — the minimum commitment is one year for all tiers. If you need to grow your mailbox count during the year, incremental mailboxes are added at the same per-mailbox rate and prorated to your next annual renewal date.
Pricing is fixed for the contracted year. We notify you of any changes at least 90 days before your renewal date.
