Rack integration and structured cabling
Full rack builds from scratch. Professional cable management, labelling, patch panel work. We don't slide gear in and leave — we build it to a standard that makes every engineer who comes after us grateful.
OOB / IPMI / KVM setup
Out-of-band management configured on every node from day one. IPMI, iDRAC, iLO — whatever your hardware supports. Lights-out remote management so you don't need an engineer on-site for every reboot.
Break-fix and hardware refresh
Failed drives, dead PSUs, network card swaps, memory upgrades. On-site within 90 minutes for contracted clients across the NCR. We carry common spare parts so first-visit resolution is the rule, not the exception.
Hardware sourcing and logistics
Servers, switches, patch cables, drives, PDUs — we source, test, and deliver to the data centre. One point of contact for the hardware procurement and the installation. No disconnects between vendor and engineer.
DC escort and access management
Accompanying your team or third-party vendors during data centre access. Managed handover documentation, asset tagging, and sign-off. We know the facilities and the process.

Site survey
We visit the facility, assess power, cooling, rack space, and cabling requirements. Written scope and quotation within 48 hours.

Hardware procurement
We source all components — servers, switches, cables, PDUs. Tested before delivery. One invoice, one contact.

Rack build and cabling
Professional rack integration with structured cabling, labelling, and cable management. OOB and remote management configured on every device.

Handover and documentation
Asset register, network diagram, access credentials, and sign-off documentation. Your team knows exactly what's in the rack and how to reach it.

Ongoing retainer (optional)
Monthly retainer for field response, break-fix, and hardware refresh. 90-minute SLA. We're the number your team calls when something needs hands on it.
